Questionnaire

This is a feature available in Emaximm™ for sending questionnaires to prospective clients. An attorney will be able to send an email to clients with a questionnaire link which the prospective clients can fill up online. The data captured will then be used by Emaximm™ for processing.

Email Campaigning

This allows an attorney to send out bulk emails from a selected template to prospective customers.

Leads Tracking

Lets you manage prospective leads from within Emaximm™. There is a Lead SnapShot™ feature provided to enable complete tracking of a particular lead/leads.

Emaximm™ Notes Repository

This is similar to Microsoft's OneNote in which it lets users to keep notes and archives relating to a particular case in a central customizable repository.

Color Themes

Allow users to customize the look and feel of the entire application based on individual user preferences.

Email Templates

Generate and save personalized email message templates for clients.

Mail Merge

This feature allows to create personalized letters or bulk email messages.

Custom Dashboard

This allows you to define which section headers need to there in the dashboard. This will be handy when you want to show something simple to the case managers and something more advanced to the Attorneys.

Custom Reports

Custom reports can help you to pull specific information of the immigration cases that your firm manages. You can filter and add number of columns that required on the report.

Invoice

This module allows you to bill, and to keep track of the amount a client owes or has paid to the firm. Also track partial payments and credits.

Automatic Email Notification System

Sends email notifications reminding the case deadlines, expiration dates and/or meetings.

Scheduler

This feature allows you to schedule events and create task that can be assigned to the other users in your firm.

Client Center

Here the clients (Applicant & Employer) can check the status of the case, allow them to fill the questionnaire, view the case forms etc. The clients are provided with a login details to access the Emaximm client center by the Attorney or Case Managers.
